We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare insurance plans. For all other insurance plans, we are considered out-of-network providers and offer self-pay options.

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, we can provide a Superbill (a detailed receipt for services provided) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement based on your plan’s coverage.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider prior to scheduling to confirm your specific benefits, coverage requirements, and reimbursement policies.

 Federal privacy law (HIPAA) requires healthcare providers to protect your personal health information. Because regular email is not secure, we cannot use it to discuss your medical care, answer medical questions, or receive health information.
